OCEANHORN: CHRONOS DUNGEON PRIVACY POLICY

It is Cornfox & Brothers Ltd.'s (hereinafter, "us" or "we") policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our products. Your privacy is critically important to us.  This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon (hereinafter, "Chronos Dungeon" or “The Game”) on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information (“PII”) you may provide through the use of The Game.  We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information The Game stores and how it uses this information. This Privacy Policy only applies to information stored by The Game application and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.  This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and conditions posted on our Website (see links in footer), set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of The Game. Depending on your activities when visiting this Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. 

OCEANHORN: CHRONOS DUNGEON

Chronos Dungeon stores game data so that you can continue The Game from where you left in a previous game session. This information contains data such as play time, visited game locations, and collected game items (hereinafter "Session Game Data"), as well as information about The Game's default language, audio settings, and graphical options (hereinafter "Master Game Data").  Master Game Data is always stored only locally to your device.  You can choose to share Session Game Data with your other devices through iCloud, and associate Session Game Data with your iCloud Account. This Session Game Data will be uploaded to your private iCloud account during gameplay, which enables you to continue playing The Game on different devices that have been logged into the same iCloud account. Associating Session Game Data with iCloud also allows multiple players to use the same device with their own save games.  The Session Game Data that The Game uploads to your iCloud account is only available to you. More specifically, none of this data is available to Cornfox & Brothers Ltd. If you are using Game Center, The Game also sends your Achievements and Leaderboard high scores to Game Center.  You may decline to store data in iCloud or to send data to Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for The Game. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. As a result, you will only be able to play in offline mode and you will not appear in The Game’s Leaderboards. Please refer to Apple's documentation for information on how Apple stores its customers’ iCloud and Game Center data.  The Game collects PII, as described above. We collect this data also on underage users. The basis for this is legitimate interest under GDPR, and to support internal operations of The Game under COPPA.  No other personal information is collected or transmitted by Chronos Dungeon on any platform included in Apple Arcade. Please refer to Game Center T&C and Apple Privacy Policy for additional terms related to Apple services. 

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Cornfox & Brothers Ltd. may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Cornfox & Brothers Ltd.'s sole discretion. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of Chronos Dungeon after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
